New food strategy every week
At the start of the programme you will get your food plan, meal plan and recipe guide. Every week a new food strategy is introduced. This helps to keep your metabolism stimulated. You need to keep your body guessing what is coming next if you want to lose fat.
Meal planner and recipe guide
Each week you get a meal plan with different options and recipes. You don't have to be a gourmet chef! It can be as simple as you want. Your food plan will outline the desired portion sizes for protein, carbohydrate and fat. You can keep your meals simple or choose to create the suggested recipes.
Support and community
You won't be on your own when you do this programme! Our private Facebook Group is a source of motivation and inspiration. Sheryl will do regular videos on the page as well as share extra resources and recipes.

Frequently asked questions
No. You will get a 7-day meal planner and you can choose the meals that suit you. There’s lots of variety in meal options.
Yes you can. The important thing is that you eat protein with every meal. Vegetarian protein options (tofu, tempeh, quorn, protein powder etc) are absolutely fine.
The meal choices are flexible so you can adjust the levels of carbs and vegetables etc to suit your own needs.
No you don’t. In my opinion, exercise is great for mental health but not for weight loss. Your result will come from focusing on the thing that matters the most: Eating! In saying that, if you do exercise, you will be able to keep doing so. You may need to adjust your portions of protein/fat if you get more hungry on days when you are exercising.
No you don’t. The eating plan is based on real food. No special supplements are required.
