Do you need a short, sharp shock to shake things up? That’s what this plan is all about.
The 5-day Reset is designed to reset your metabolism with a structured plan that’s easy to follow and gets results.
This plan has strictly calculated levels of protein, carbohydrate fat. The food plan is three meals and one snack and there are three different options included for each meal.
Two meal plans are available: one for women and one for men.
This plan is for you if:
- You want to break through a weight loss plateau.
- You have less than 5kgs to lose and need to try something new to shake up your metabolism.
- You've been off track and need to strengthen your discipline muscle again!
- You are bored of your current eating plan and just want to try something new.
