A deliciously simple recipe

coconut cream cheese jelly balls

– 1 x 250g pack of cream cheese
– 1 pack of Weight Watchers jelly, flavour to suit
– 1/3 cup dessicated coconut

Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.
Put cream cheese in a bowl and add the jelly crystals. Mix well.
Measure tablespoon-sized pieces into a small ball. Roll in the coconut.
Place in the fridge for approx. two hours to harden.

Makes: 20 balls. Each ball has 54 calories, 1g carb, 4g fat, 1g protein
