I've been sugar-free for 12 years

But I know the pain and frustration of sugar obsession.  I had a terrible sugar addiction for years until I finally took action. 

When I finally decided to quit sugar, it took me a year to fully kick the habit!

I was on my own, and had to work this out through trial and error (and there were a lot of errors....)

But I worked it out and now I'm sharing my 5-step plan, giving you a clear framework that will lead you through from awareness through to ACTION.  

It may have taken me one year to quit sugar, but it certainly won't take you that long!

The Process... 

Awareness & Acceptance

You will explore your current relationship with sugar, understand the impact of sugar on your health and well-being and learn how to recognise triggers and cravings.  

This will provide a strong foundation for making positive changes.

Action Plan & Abstinence

In this stage you will create your own unique action plan to clearly identify your trigger foods and let go of them. 

With practical tools and resources, you will develop an achievable plan, so you set yourself up for success and get control back with your eating.

 Alternatives

This programme is not about REMOVING your favourite foods, it's about REPLACING them with better alternatives.

This way, when the urge to emotionally eat arises, you will know how to do it in a way that keeps you in control and doesn't sabotage your progress or your health.
