Wick is a wellbeing coach and enthusiastic foodie. Her life's purpose is to empower, support, and guide women on their journey to prioritise their health and wellbeing, while reducing stress and overwhelm.

Wick specialises in sharing her knowledge with women over 40 who may have lost their focus and direction, and now want their health, happiness, energy, and vitality back – they feel stuck, frustrated and confused about where to begin or how to stay on track.
