Emotional eating is one of the main reasons that people end up coming to see me for weight loss.
It’s a topic I am passionate about because it’s been a big part of my own journey over the past 23 years, as well as for so many of my clients over the past 11 years.
I want you to know that it IS possible to be an emotional eater and still achieve your goals.
I've done it for 23 years. I'll show you how you can do it too.
Weight loss has very little to do with knowledge and everything to do with understanding emotions.
Master emotional eating and you will make huge strides forward with your weight loss goals.
My mission: To help you understand why you emotionally eat and give you strategies you can implement straight away to start making progress towards your goal, whatever your goal may be.
