understanding it, dealing with it
21 april 2021
7.30 - 8.30pm
explore your relationship with sugar and create an action plan
To share my story and tools for success with you.
If I can do it, you can too!
You Say to yourself: "go on, just have one..."
So why can't you stop after one?
If you find yourself constantly craving sugar, looking for your next ‘fix’ from one day to the next, I know exactly how you feel.
Overcoming sugar addiction has been a huge part of my journey, and it had nothing to do with weight loss. I was already at my goal weight when I started becoming seriously obsessed with sugar.
My sugar addiction played a far greater toll on my mental health than my physical health.
Nine years ago I decided it was time to finally take action and deal with it.
In my work as a nutritionist for the past 10 years I’ve helped many others do the same.
I have successfully overcome my sugar addiction and in this webinar I will share my system with you.
re-define your relationship with sugar and break free from the cycle of constant craving.
What you will get
You will receive a handout on the morning of Wednesday 21 April. This will contain all you need to know for the webinar as well as extra resources for ongoing support.
plan of action
By the end of the workshop you will have a clear plan of action so you can get cracking straight away.
There will be time at the end of the presentation for you to ask questions and get feedback based on your own situation and needs.
My mission: To help as many women as possible understand sugar addiction and re-define their relationship with sugar.
Ready to take action?
If you can attend in person you will get the most benefit as you will be able to ask questions at the end and get individual support. If you can’t make it the session will be recorded and will be made available for those who have registered.
The webinar will be presented as a Zoom meeting. You will see the zoom link when you register for the webinar. Click on the link at 7.30pm and you will be able to see the presentation.
Not necessarily – just keep your camera turned off if you don’t want to be seen. Another trick – you can change your zoom profile settings to a different name if you want to stay anonymous.
The PDF handout will be emailed to you on the morning of Wednesday 21 April. That way you can print it out and have it ready to go by 7.30pm.
Not a problem. The webinar will be recorded so you can access the entire call at a later time.
