The tools you are going to learn will be yours for life:  Not just a delicious food plan but the tips, tricks, resources and support to help you get to your goal and maintain your results.

To ensure ongoing results in a weight loss journey you need three things:

You will see the links below for the first three modules:  Food, goals and planning.   This is your foundation to get started with a plan and action.

WHAT:  The food plan will tell you what to eat.

WHY:  When you have an exciting goal you have a great foundation to move forward with focus and momentum.

HOW:  The planning resources will help you to get on track and stay on track.

Each week you will receive an email, focusing on the most important topics in weight loss:  habits, mindset, emotional eating, lifestyle, stress management and  fat loss.  In addition to the base food plan you will receive new food strategies to make sure your metabolism is stimulated and help prevent weight plateaus.

MODULE 1
Food

Everything  you need to get started on your new eating plan.  This module contains your two-week starter meal plan, food plan, eating guide, meal planner and recipe guide.

MODULE 2
Goals

A powerful goal is the foundation of your motivation muscle.  Completing this module will help you to create an exciting goal and give you the ability to track your progress on a daily basis.

MODULE 3
Planning

As the old saying goes, what we measure we can manage.  Get ready to become the Queen of Organisation!  Planning and organisation are critical to a weight loss journey.  This module will set you up with everything you need to get on track and stay on track.

Check-ins are an important way to stay accountable so you achieve your goal.

I have set aside Saturdays exclusively for Academy members and you can also come during the week if you prefer.

On the Tanita body composition scales you will see your weight, body fat %, muscle mass, visceral fat, BMI and metabolic age.

If you can’t come to Orewa you can book a ZOOM call or email me regularly if you want extra accountability.
