In menopause there are things we're not totally in control of....

My philosophy is this:

CONTROL WHAT YOU CAN!

and there's nothing more powerful than knowing exactly how and what to eat - because it is something you are doing multiple times per day. 

I have been able to maintain my 30 kilo weight loss for the past 23 years, as well as lose 40kgs of pregnancy weight, because I know exactly what to eat at each meal.

I've worked as a weight loss coach for the past 13 years, helping thousands of women nail their goals, many of them going through menopause.
