In this  second episode of the Why Weight podcast, I share my emotional journey of living as "F**k it Fatty Shaz." I talk about the physical and emotional struggles of carrying an extra 30 kilos in my early twenties—from painful chafing during exercise to embarrassing moments like being asked when my baby was due.
