Starting Point (October 23, 2024):

  • Age: 57
  • Weight: 81.9kg
  • Body fat: 43.7% (very high)
  • Visceral fat: 11 (high)
  • Metabolic age: 72 (15 years above her actual age!)

After Just 4.5 Months:

  • Weight: 70.3kg (11.6kg lost!)
  • Body fat: 36.4% (now in normal range, 10.2kg of fat gone)
  • Visceral fat: 9 (now in normal range)
  • Metabolic age: 55 (dropped 17 years in just 18 weeks!)

She achieved this through the festive season and summer socialising—typically the hardest time of year to lose weight!

Her Success Formula

When I asked what helped her achieve such amazing results, she shared:

  1. Determination: Being driven by results, weighing daily, and having a strong desire to see the scales moving downward
  2. Nutrition changes: Staying low carb, eliminating between-meal snacks (having dark chocolate WITH meals rather than between them, to regulate insulin), and eating earlier in the day
  3. Daily mindset work:  She has been listening to a weight loss hypnosis every night, which has helped her change habits and focus on positive action 
  4. Slowing down: Making a conscious effort to eat more slowly and mindfully
  5. Keeping it fresh: Changing things up weekly, focusing on different key actions each week

Beyond the Scale

Weight loss isn't her only win. She's now sleeping much better (no more sleeping tablets 👊), and her back and muscle pain have significantly decreased. This is truly LIFE CHANGING—all in just over 4 months.
